In today’s show, I’m going to tell you exactly what I do to get back on track when I’ve gotten far away from where I need to be when it comes to my eating and my working out.
If we’re being real, there are just times in life, usually because of emotions, where we just don’t feel like it and we don’t do even the things that are feasible and sustainable. It happens to us all, me too.
Tune in as I share what I do to find my way back to the center when that happens.

So many of us busy career women and female entrepreneurs struggle to lose weight, get in shape, and take care of our health because of the time involved. We don't have hours to spend at the gym. We don't have the time, or desire, to cook healthy meals for hours each week. However, that's not a bad thing.
Our busy schedules can actually be a benefit. What would it look like if our lack of time actually set us up for success instead of struggle? That may not be what most of us experience but it is possible. In today's episode, I share exactly how to leverage your busy schedule so that it is a benefit instead of barrier to sustainable weight loss.

I’m so excited for this show because it’s really just a straight to the point Q&A. I got this question from one our Fierce Friends online, and I want to address which foods you need to be avoiding for weight loss.
If you were to Google “which foods should I avoid for weight loss?” You’d probably have over 3-4 million options and opinions to choose from. And if you read just four or five of them, you’d probably be utterly confused and feel like the answer was just to eat air. We know that’s not going to work. That’s not sustainable long term.
So I want to clear up the confusion and really get real with you about which foods you need to be avoiding if your goal is to lose weight and to keep it off. And then I want to just totally squash the drama of all these things you’re being told that you should not eat, when that may not at all be the case for you.

In today’s show, I’m going to take you inside of a weight loss journey freak-out moment. I think we have all been there if we’re honest. I know that I have. And to be honest, navigating these moments is hard. And for some of us, feels impossible. And sometimes, these freak-out moments, and our inability to navigate them well, or our lack of practice with navigating these moments, will take us out of the game.
The reason why we lose that initial 10-20 Ibs, we have one of these moments and we stop. We think we can’t do it and we stop and we start again. We keep losing those same pounds over and over again. So today I’m taking you inside one of those moments. It happened with one of my clients I’m going to tell you how we navigated it, how we got her out of .that freak-out moment and then back on the path to consistent action and results.
