Episode 026: How to Stop Overeating by Changing the Order in Which You Eat the Foods at Your Meal

In today’s episode, we’re going to talk about how simply changing the order, that’s right, the order in which you eat food at your meal can actually reduce your chance of overeating. We’re not talking about swapping out this or that or changing anything in your meal, other than how you eat the meal. Sounds crazy, sounds like “how in the world can this work?” But true story, I use it, my clients use it, it works.
